2. Registration is open for as long as the slots are still available. Only 20 slots available. If your slot is confirmed you will get the confirmation on the WhatsApp group.
4. Come anytime before 10am to setup. Only those who have registered and confirmed a space can go in.
5. Just follow security instructions on where to park your car. One car can only occupy one car park space. Please do not occupy more than one space.
6. Just join and have fun selling and make new friends! Be part of the community.
7. It’s open for everyone including international students or expats!
Cyberjaya Car Boot Sale Terms and Conditions
1. A copy of these terms and conditions are available at the Cyberjaya Car Boot Sale (CCBS) and apply to those booking their stalls on the day, online and also buyers entering the site.
2. By booking a spot online or on the day of the event, you declare and agree to all the terms and conditions stated below. There is no allocated spot. It is based on first come first serve basis.
3. All rubbish and unsold items must go home with you – we do not have a rubbish disposal facility at the site. CCTV operates on site. You will be charged RM20 per item that you leave – including boxes. Please bring bin liners for you to take your own rubbish home. Littering is an illegal offence.
4. If coming in a car to unload you agree to arrive between 2.15pm-2.45pm to set up at the designated spot – please note you will not be granted entry any earlier than this time, nor after 3pm. Please notify security once you arrive. They will guide you.
5. Sellers agree to occupy, and only occupy their allocated spot. Failure to do so will result in suspension of future car boot sale participation.
6. Sellers who set up in prohibited spaces (e.g. in front of fire hydrants etc) will be asked to move with immediate effect.
7. Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on site – for sale or consumption.
8. Cyberjaya Car Boot Sale operates in all weather – come rain or shine! (However, in the case of extreme weather conditions and the event that we have to cancel an event, we will notify booked sellers via text or email up to one hour prior to the event – please check prior to the event).
9. The organiser will not take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods.
10. Goods bought or sold at Cyberjaya Car Boot Sale are at vendors and customers own risk and are not directly linked to the Cyberjaya Car Boot Sale. We do not take responsibility for the goods sold.
11. The organiser and its staff reserve the right to decline entry to anyone at their own discretion regardless of whether an entry fee as a seller or buyer has been already paid, and without refund or compensation.
12. Animals are not allowed on site without permission from the organiser, which may be withheld or withdrawn at the discretion of the organiser and its staff. This decision is final.
13. Sellers selling the outlined goods will be asked to leave and will not be refunded or compensated for their spot: illegal items, alcohol, illegal substances, stolen goods, food and drink goods, any item deemed to be a weapon – including kitchen knives, counterfeit goods, pornographic material or any material deemed offensive by management. Food is allowed but must packed food only and not oily that will leave spots on the floor.
14. Sellers agree to vacate the premises with all their belongings and property by 8.30pm. Failure to do so will result in being denied for future participation of programs organised by the organiser.
15. Any items left at the end of the sale will be disposed of by 8.30pm of the day of the sale, without compensation.
16. The decision of Cyberjaya Car Boot Sale’s management is final and terms and conditions are subject to change without notification and at any time.
